[automotive-pmc] Committer Election for Stefan Marksteiner on Eclipse openDuT has started

A committer election for Stefan Marksteiner on project Eclipse openDuT
(automotive.opendut) was started by Stefan Marksteiner with this criteria:

Stefan Marksteiner has made an impact on the project. He is one of the
architect of AVL's ALIA (Agnostic Language for the Implemenation of Attacks)
DSL [1], which is one of AVL's main contributions to the openDuT project.
This language is meant as an integral part of the openDuT architecture - it
is capable of describing security tests for automotive systems in a concise
and technology-agnostic manner. The contributions further contain a
parser/compiler which fuses scripts written in the ALIA language with
information about a device-under-test (DuT) resulting in a JSON-based test
case description. This description will be used by test execution engines
that are part of OpenDuT and developed by the other OpenDuT partners.
Besides, he is among the project leads of openDuT.

It is my pleasure to nominate Stefan Marksteiner as a committer on Eclipse
openDuT.
