Automotive API Framework (automotive.autoapiframework) was started by Gunther
Bauer with this criteria:

Partha is the main developer of the ZF contribution content to the Automotive
API framework. He is also collaborating on the concepts with partners, which
will be helpful to define common grounds for our OpenSource project
