So where can i find the latest version most integrated with WTP as jar files to incude in the eclipse plugins only to check how and what abilities it has.
I intend to build studio for my own projects on the base of eclipse and buy distributed license for WPT source editing project. I tested most of the features in the WTP source editing project and they are fine i will change/extend its source code to customize to my needs. There are other plugins that will only extend if there is need(external tools, atf, subclipse and so on).

Indeed, ATF got stalled a bit, but we're updating it now to depend onlatest WTP.
You might be interested in bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=219348- it tracks works toward updating ATF code and should movesignificantly in next weeks.
There's a patch that makes most of ATF compile with Galileo - could youtry it and see if DOM inspector works for you?
Note, applying this patch might be tough because it was done against/cvsroot/webtools/ATF but since then ATF was moved to /cvsroot/tools....
btw. what's your research topic?
