[asciidoc-wg] Slide specification

Hi,

Have found AsciiDoc very helpful for typesetting. Would adding a formal
slides specification to Asciidoc be a reasonable thing to do? This would
enable uniform production of html and pdf outputs. There is
documentation on using reveal.js but there are several other
implementations online for example:

A particular usecase is having formatted output that presentation
systems can easily incorporate so that they can minimize transferred
bytes by synchronizing the slides that are viewed.
