Steering Committee and Community at Large,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the winter storm in Texas that affected at least one of our members, and due to the fact that we're changing the time of the meeting to be APAC friendly, I've decided to push the next meeting back by a week. We initially agreed the meeting would be Mar 2, but I think it will be more productive if we hold it on Mar 9.
With that said, the next Steering Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 21:00 UTC (16:00 EST, 14:00 MST, 13:00 PST, 22:00 CEST, 07:00 AEST). All interested parties outside of the Steering Committee members are welcome to join as observers. You can find the Zoom meeting information at the bottom of this email.
If a representative of a Partner Member cannot attend the meeting, please make arrangements to send a delegate. If a quorum of members object to the date and time in advance, we'll adjust it.
The agenda for the meeting will be populated prior to the meeting. Once the meeting has concluded, the minutes will be sent to this list for approval. If you're scheduled to give an update at the meeting, please come prepared to deliver that update or let us know in advance if you're unable to do so.
