Re: [asciidoc-wg] Steering Committee Meeting
To clarify, this is NOT a full Steering Committee meeting. It's a meeting of the program plan and budget development team. Therefore, we will not have a regular agenda, establish quorum, or conduct any votes. (As usual, anyone is welcome to join as observers). The drafts of the program plan and budget that come out of the meeting will be reviewed and approved electronically on this list (for the sake of efficiency).

Steering Committee and Community at Large,

The next Steering Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2020 at
16:00 UTC (11:00 EST, 09:00 MST, 08:00 PST, 17:00 CEST). All interested parties outside of the Steering Committee members are welcome to join as observers. You can find the Zoom meeting information at the bottom of this email. 

If a representative of a Partner Member cannot attend, please make arrangements to send a delegate. 

This will be a follow up meeting to finalize the budget and program plan for the AsciiDoc WG. The agenda for the meeting will be populated prior to the meeting. A draft agenda document can be found at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qGzo69e9iHLBzIGFA6yG1n27U4j_HfuTH2Yt5H4TjwE/edit?usp=sharing
