Greetings:

As communicated, we will be holding an election to fill three open seats to represent the Committer Members at the Steering Committee.

This email communication is to let you know who is standing and the process.

Who are the Candidates?

We are extremely pleased to announce the standing Committer Member candidates (alphabetical by last name):

·       Jared Morgan

·       Robert Panzer

·       Abel Salgado Romero

Who Receives Ballots?

You will receive a ballot if you are an AsciiDoc Language Project Committer.

When is the Election?

Ballots will be distributed by the end of day tomorrow, Friday, October 9, 2020 and the election will close on Friday, October 16, 2020.  The results will be communicated shortly thereafter.  Please note we use a third-party system to conduct the election itself.

Where can I find more Information?

The Working Group Charter defines the classes of membership, committee(s) and their responsibilities, as well as the election process.
