Would 20:00 UTC be 16:00 EDT rather than 12:00 EDT?

The Steering Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 20:00 UTC (14:00 Mountain, 13:00 Pacific, 22:00 CEST). All interested parties outside of the Steering Committee members are welcome to join as observers. You can find the Zoom meeting information at the bottom of this email. 

If a representative of a Partner Member cannot attend, please make arrangements to send a delegate.
