A project lead election for Guillaume Grossetie on project AsciiDoc Language
(asciidoc.asciidoc-lang) was started by Guillaume Grossetie with this
criteria:

Guillaume was recently promoted as the TCK project lead and has already made
an impact on the project.

A new Git repository was created on GitLab with a prototype submitted by
Guillaume: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/asciidoc-lang/asciidoc-tck
