[amp-dev] Hudson builds

Hi all,

Now that we have more than one contributor(!) we have to give some thought to coordinate changes. Because the build is unstable for reasons typically having nothing to do with code submissions but with changing dependencies, configuration issues, etc.. we're getting into situations where a build has failed and then other breaking changes could come along and it will be really difficult to figure out what the original cause was. Therefore, before submitting changes, please check the hudson build status and make sure that the last build suceeded. If it didn't, we'll coordinate on this list.
