Hello Adoptium Working Group.
I'd like to request a vote by the Steering Committee Members to accept
the "Adoptium Program Plan 2021 v1.0" dated 2021-04-21, as presented in
the meeting earlier this week [1].
The Program Plan defines the strategy and annual direction for the
Working Group (WG) in the current year. It is the basis by which the WG
engages with and supports the projects to be successful.
Therefore, after your careful consideration, please vote whether to
accept this as our current year's plan.
Steering Committee Members only, please vote one of:
+1 : accept the plan
0 : abstain
-1 : reject the plan (provide a reason)
The vote will remain open until all eligible members have voted, or two
weeks has elapsed and we have a simple majority.
