[adoptium-pmc] Regular PMC meetings

Hi Adoptium PMC.

We are going to have a regular weekly PMC meeting to ensure the projects 
under the Adoptium TLP are not blocked by issues that we can 
collectively fix, and to ensure our PMC duties are being discharged 
correctly.

As usual, the meetings will be minuted and decisions documented publicly 
in the project channels (mailing list/Slack/Github Issues as appropriate).

I've shared a Doodle poll URL with all/most of the PMC already to pick a 
suitable time.  Please take a moment to express your preference and 
we'll get it going as soon as we can.
