Recently I made a PR on the zenoh-pico Github where I made a small change in order to reduce its CPU usage.

Unfortunately, I cannot make changes to the PR such as assigning reviewers or a label. I have signed the ECA and it seems to be valid, yet I don't think I properly understood how to unlock further permissions on Github even though I tried reading the handbook. 

Is there anything else that I have to do?
