[yasson-dev] Open issues and general maintenance

Hello everyone!

I just saw that there are a few open issues which should be merged (and probably also backported) for yasson. I'd like to help out there.

My current PR is unreviewed and there are even unanswered issues of the kind "is this project still active". I'd like to help out with that, too, because I won't be able to do a LOT of code contributions. But PR reviews and/or some spec checks should be doable.
