[xtext-dev] Xtext/Workspace Setup for 3.5M7 and missing dependencies?

hi,

i just tried to setup my environment for M7
(http://wiki.eclipse.org/Xtext/Workspace_Setup) and got the following
error message from
the installation step 'Xpand 0.7.0 - update site'

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could
not be found.
  Software being installed:
org.eclipse.xtend.dependencies.feature.group 0.7.0.v200905060603
  Missing requirement: org.eclipse.xtend.dependencies.feature.group
0.7.0.v200905060603 requires 'org.apache.commons.logging
[1.1.1.v200904062255]' but it could not be found

can somebody please confirm?
