When in doubt, ssh to dev.eclipse.org or build.eclipse.org, then ssh 
from there to emft.eclipse.org.

Or send me a note asking that I cycle the firewall (your IP address may 
have changed).

I just verified I can get from dev.eclipse -> emft.eclipse, and I've 
reset the firewall too.

Note that ping may be disabled on the eclipse.org network; your best way 
to try to reach the box is http or ssh.
