For the 2.0 stream I have released a ServerEditorSection implementation 
(which is essentially apart of editor) last week. The code is in the 
org.eclipse.jst.server.generic.ui.internal.editor package
in org.eclipse.jst.server.generic.ui plugin. You can use that as a 
starting point.
