A committer election for Nitin Dahyabhai on project Webtools Releng (webtools.releng) was started by Nick Boldt with this criteria: Nitin, our illustrious Webtool PMC, should have access to making changes to this repo without having to request gerrit reviews from me. He has already made an impact on the project. They have addressed the following bugs: - https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/webtools/webtools.releng.aggregator/+/180105 - https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/webtools/webtools.releng.aggregator/+/180131 - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=568553 - and many more this year alone. They have also helped fix compilation issues in Jetty as used by WTP, contributed to keeping the update site versioning up to date every quarter. For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the team, it is my pleasure to nominate Nitin as a committer on Webtools Releng.
