[wtp-releng] WTP 3.4.2 map files tagged, SR2 delayed

Folks,

In preparation for the Eclipse Juno SR2 release (which was postponed for one week, until 3/1), I have tagged the current R3_4_maintenance map files with R3_4_2.  Please tag your individual repositories as appropriate.
(The only real impact to WTP on the decisions made for the release content of Juno SR2 is the decision not to change the GEF that was included.  Instead of the GEF 3.8.2 driver that was declared as the Juno SR2 contents, which WTP built and tested against, an interim GEF 3.9.0 driver that was accidentally placed into the release aggregation will still be used. Also, as a warning, please do not use EGit 2.3.0 for development- see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=401249 for details.
