They are still there ... but from what
I can see, "we" are being mis-directed to a mirror that doesn't
have it. (And I think I know who the culprit is :)

I suspect will be fixed very quickly,
but there probably are alternative methods of getting it, so if it slows
anyone down, let me know if you need to know about those alternatives.

It appears that the WTP and WTP-SDK zips for last week's
I-Build have been removed from the download server, and as a result cannot
be accessed.  This is a bit of a problem since this is the most recently
produced I-Build.  

Hoping this is just a one off problem and not a larger issue, but thought
I would notify the releng list to inform others and so appropriate action
could be taken if needed.

This build is suitable for committers to use as a
development target, but is not 
recommended for adopters or early testers. There are versioning errors
that imply 
maintenance stream fixes have not been merged to HEAD yet. XSL has not
been 
documented in smoke test results (for second week in a row).
