The smoke test for WTP 3.3 was successful.
I have updated the wiki.
(The eclipse.org servers were really fast today, and the downloads did
not take much time, which is a big improvement over the recent past
weeks)

The unit tests are not finished
running,
and probably won't be finished until (late?) this afternoon, but I

the smoke testing can begin now, since
we are trying to declare early this week, and we'll confirm unit
tests are ok this afternoon before
declaring.
