Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2.1 M-build

Please document your Project's testing
and approval of this build, 
by Friday, noon (Eastern Time), 
or let us know if that's not possible.

The JUnits have not ran yet, but if you
want to get an early start, you can download the build 
from the build machine's working directory.
The JUnits will take approx 3 or 4 more hours. 
At that time, we'll do the rebuild that
JSDT has requested, so that re-build won't be ready until Friday morning.
