[wtp-releng] When it rains, it pours ... RC2 build hung, restarted

Not sure what happened, exactly, but
the build stalled just copying files (during dali part of build ... and
literally, during build, nothing to do with Dali). 

So, I killed associated processes and
restarted it. 

But the build won't be ready at 9 PM
as mentioned in status meeting ... it'll be after midnight ... so don't
wait up.
