In the past for 3.1, we had to do something
similar, I guess we have to do the same this time although this time is
supposed to be simpler.

For 3.1 server tools I have that we
added the following:

topic ... does anyone know how to interpret this? What (and who) needs
to do what?

I decided to execute the smoke test with the pseudo translation enabled.
I followed the instruction given in the minutes of the last week meeting:

Unfortunately, there is not Helios build available for the pseudo language
packages and, as suggested, I took the Galileo ones. It looks that these
packages does not include the new strings introduced in Helios. I already
opened several bugs for not translatable strings, but I am afraid they
are not real bugs. It seems that it is a problem in the Babel pseudo translation.
