What is involved in the "testing and approval" part of the task? Is there a procedure for this?

Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2.0 I-build towards M1
Please document your Project's testing and approval of our 3.2 I-build,
by today, Thursday, 2 PM (Eastern Time), or let us know if that's not possible.
There is one JUnit failures that should be examined by owning teams
and confirmed explicitly if you want to declare with it or not.
(Its related to minor versioning problems -- would not effect validity of testing).
