Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.1.0 S-build for M7
Please document your Project's testing and approval of our M7 build,
by our Tuesday 2 PM (Eastern Time), or let us know if that's not
possible.
There's not been many changes since last Thursday's build, but
we have updated all the pre-reqs, and that has made a difference,
at least on JUnit tests.

There is another build running as I send this,
but only difference is an update to the next
build of DTP, presumably their M7.

There is also a known regression in the Platform that
effects our JUnits, but so far, are not reproducible by
ordinary "end user" tasks given the very slow pace
of UI tasks (compared to headless programatic tasks).
