Just so everyone knows what I know ...

I did "promote" the M build to the download pages, but
I'm waiting to formally declare it until the JEE team votes that it's ok.

My guess is they did test it and just forgot to fill in the table (since they are normally thorough, on time, and surely would have kept us informed if for some reason they knew they couldn't do the test on time). So, I've compromised by promoting it but not declaring it ... I don't want to take away their chance of requesting a re-spin if in fact they haven't tested it, and find some blocking defect.
