Re: [wtp-releng] XSL Tools build failure

oops, I "blindly" updated the pre-req from M1 to M4 and don't think we produced an M4 version of the xml zip.
Does that matter to you? Or, can we change it to WST for now? (And, actually, I thought it was wst, so I might have to look a couple of places).

These pre-reqs will likely change over the next few milestones (both in details and the whole "process" structure) so my "wst" solution above is
meant to be temporary.

I'm seeing the following error when I try to execute a XSL Tools build
on the build server:

java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/shared/webtools/prereqsCache/wtp-xml-S-3.1M4-20081219210304.zip (No
such file or directory)

Which I think is causing the build to fail.
