Latest build available for 303 RC1

New build is available, but there's
a JSP Junit failure. Nitin/Nick, could you pls take a look
and see if this could've been caused by the JSDT fixes? Thanks!
Also missing JSF smoketest results.
Raghu, any issues we should be aware of? Thanks!

Hi there,
JSDT has discovered some missing bugs
on the 303 maintenance stream. They are currently being released and build
to be respun, JSDT will wait for the new build to be ready and smoketest.
303 RC1 declaration will happen once
those fixes have been verified in the build.
This will not require any other team
to re-smoketest.
