[wtp-releng] Preparing for WTP 3.0.3 M build tomorrow

Getting ready for our first WTP 3.0.3
M build this week. There are a couple of issues causing Junit failures.
Currently Junit failures on the build
1) JEE, I had opened 249234, and looks
like there's a patch attached, can this be reviewed and released into the
build today?

2) releng failures due to version errors
Please take a look at the version report
on the latest build and address the ones in red.
Namely, qualifier only updates for these
features/plugins, service # should be incremented at minimum. Thank
