We have found a blocker in this build's DTP dependency - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=228675.

We should roll back to DTP M6 and continue testing with that.  The next DTP I-Build will have the fix in it.

There is a compile error in server core test bundle which does not affect smoketest, a fix has already been released.
