Re: [wtp-releng] whew, RC3 ready for smoke and regression testing


FYI, the bug appears to be caused by a previous workspace crash and the workspace getting out of sync with the file system. Refreshing the project(s) gets around the problem, and it's not a regression.

Found the following issue while smoke testing.  Haven't tried to
reproduce in 3.0 stream yet.  Doesn't seem blocking.
