The Junit failure in JSF has been fixed and released. This fix is local to the test case and should have no impact on the product itself.

Well, RC2 is limping along.... However, it looks like, other than maybe JSF and JPT, teams can start smoke testing the 2.0.1 RC2 candidate:

We will be respinning for JPT versioning and release issues and to correct any failing JUnits.
