I can fix up the version errors, so
the build will build, but .. there will still be compile errors that I
could not fix so easily, except to comment out some code.

And, opposite problem for the 3.0 builds ... we moved up to a more recent
I-build from Eclipse, and someone is still 
pre-req'ing a runtime lower than 3.4. 

So again ... who get's the clown nose? 


         Missing required plug-in org.eclipse.core.runtime_[3.2.0,3.4.0).
