[wtp-releng] Build Breaker 4?

I think someone has their streams mixed
up for the 2.0.1 builds? When the JST part of the build starts, there's
a bunch of constraint errors
that are as below. Naturally, for 2.0.1
builds, we can only pre-req 3.3! 

Any one want to take the red clown nose
before I look?
