[wtp-releng] No changes this week in WTP 1.5.5, so no new smoke test req

The only change in WTP 1.5.5 this week
was to rename the build from "RC" to "R" in preparation
for the release next Friday.  To this end, I don't foresee a need
to do any additional smoke test this week.  I plan on asking each
team to do a final sniff test next week before they vote to declare the
release.  And it should go without saying, that all teams should be
continuing their regression testing on WTP 1.5.5.
