Folks,

On June 14, 2017, I sent a note "stepping down" as the WTP PMC lead- see https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/wtp-pmc/msg02364.html , It is time for me to both reaffirm and actually implement that decision. I have enjoyed my years working on WTP, and will continue to contribute what little time that I can to its success, but I do not have the personal time to see to WTP's success, as the PMC lead should.
