This should have gone to WTP PMC first- we need to state our intent to participate in Oxygen before we can re-enable our contribution.

It is time to start meeting again. we'll have our first meeting on 8/23. First topic on the agenda will be participation in Oxygen release (and what version WTP will be for Oxygen- I would assume 3.9, but, let's make it official.)

Hi WTP Releng Team,
The WTP contribution for Oxygen is still not enabled. This blocks other projects depending on WTP to enable their contributions.
I assume WTP will continue to be on the Simultaneous Release. So we should do our best effort to enable WTP - at least partially, as much as WTP dependencies are already enabled.
I can help with this effort if there is an agreement to do so.
