Here is a new revision of the document.

·         I changed the move target in the CVS repository as requested by Neil

·         I moved the note for the Graphiti dependency earlier in the slides and explained the discussion and approval we did in the WTP PMC

·         I added more information about community involvement, regular milestones, presentations, blogs, etc.

 

I will soon send (probably tomorrow) the committer info about Stefan and Petya.
