Mukul Gandhi was nominated by David Carver as follows:
I would like to nominate Mukul Gandhi as a committer for WTP Source
Editing. In particular for the wst.xsl component. Mukul has been a very
active contributor to the PsychoPath XPath 2.0 processor since WTP 3.1M6.
He is also a committer on the Apache Xerces project working on the XML
Schemas 1.1 project where PsychoPath is being used for the XPath 2.0
support.

Mukul has an extensive knowledge in XML, XSLT, XQuery, XML Schema, XPath,
DOM, and XSL-FO specifications and implementations. He also has written
his own Eclipse plugin for working editing and validating XML Schemas and
is familiar with the Eclipse Development Processs. His list of
contributions to PsychoPath and it's W3C Compliance is extensive:

273719, 273795, 273760, 274784, 274719, 274725, 274731, 274792, 274805,
274952, 275105, 276134, 277599, 277602, 277608, 277609, 277629, 277632,
277639, 277642, 277645, 277650, 279373, 279376, 279377, 279406, 274471

He maintains a blog in which he discusses various XML technologies,
PscyhoPath support for Xerces, and programming in general.

Mukul's experience and quality work would greatly benefit the WTP Source
Editing component and the XSL Tools component as a whole. His patches
have
helped bring the PsychoPath Processor closer to W3C compliance for the
XPath 2.0 specification.
