[wtp-pmc] EclipseCon WTP Project Sprint

As per Tim's request at this week's
meeting, I've submitted a request to hold a WTP project sprint at EclipseCon
this year. For those that attended last year, this event drew a large crowd
and was a great opportunity to meet various people working on WTP. I think
this event should again begin with a series of short presentations by the
component leads to showcase what's new in their components and where their
components are headed in 1.5 and beyond.
