Hi NS Gopikrishnan,
this seems not to be a problem of the Vex feature definition but maybe of your target platform. Please use the Vex Helios target platform definition from the Git repository: sourceediting/development/org.eclipse.wst.xml.vex.releng/vex.helios.target (see <http://git.eclipse.org/c/webtools/org.eclipse.webtools.incubator.git/commit/?id=be2eb8b3cdbadb0f3ce0f1e4a340f884c1148fb2>)

I am trying to repack the plugin to a install site.
I used the feature project : org.eclipse.wst.xml.vex.feature
After building the install site project and when I try to install it
from that folder, I get the following error :
