I am using extssh, and have tried /cvsroot/webtools but with no success. So still not sure whats going on...it just says that the connection timed out.

My first guess would be to check if
you specified "extssh" ... oh, and you should, actually,
you should connect to "/cvsroot/webtools"
and then "drill down" into the 'incubator' directory, and checkout
a plugin from there.

I've tried connecting to /cvsroot/webtools/incubator at
dev.eclipse.org as dsatchwel and using the supplied password, but without
success!
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
