[wtp-dev] cannot download old eclipse releases

Hello,

I'm having few issues, downloading old eclipse releases from the site https://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/.

When I click on any of old eclipse releases (say 2013 and prior), from the above mentioned link, the download doesn't start.

Is this a known issue? or could it be unique to me?
