[wtp-dev] Development Status meeting next week!

Hello,
We're changing up the scheduling for the 3.12 release so that we're not 
meeting on the same day we're building our candidate. This brings the 
meeting originally expected on the 11th up to October 4th--next week. 
The agenda has been posted with a full schedule at 
https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_2018-10-04 , feel free to update it as we 
get closer to the call.
