A committer election for Nick Boldt on project Server Tools
(webtools.servertools) was started by Elson Yuen with this criteria:

Nick is one of the active WTP releng members.  One of the action item from
today's WTP meeting is to have a releng person to become a committer of
individual component.  We need Nick to be on the committer list to drop in
build break fixes in case of emergency and no committer is around.
