[wtp-dev] Fw:Use Java 8 for WTP 3.8.0 smoke tests

Teams, please use Java 8 to run the smoke tests for WTP 3.8.0 from now on. Java 8 is the preferred JRE level for Eclipse Neon.

If eclipse is launched with Java 7, you will see "Framework error" for few plugins in the error log after installing WTP 3.8.0.



Java 8 works fine. (thanks Keith for reporting that)
