[wtp-dev] Re run smoke tests for WTP 3.8.0

Hello Team,

Please re run the smoke tests for WTP 3.8.0 using the latest driver: http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.8.0-I/20150817102741/I-3.8.0-20150817102741/

I didn't clean up the older smoke test results since some teams have already reported the results using a clean driver which is any driver later than 15th Aug (20150815010140). To report the results, use the same smoke test result page: https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_Smoke_Test_Results_R380_08132015

Please report the results by EOD today (Monday Aug 17).

Hello Folks, 

We are having an install issue with WTP 3.8.0 driver. You should be getting error below while installing WTP on Eclipse 4.6.

We're trying to resolve the issue. I will send a note as soon as its done. Please hold on to smoke tests for now as you'll have to re run them once new build is available. I will remove the results already reported.
