[wtp-dev] Web Tools incubation project activity

Luna M4 is fast approaching, and this years
release requires projects to "State intent" by this milestone.
 This is a good time to review the various incubation projects at
WTP

If you are involved or interested in
any of these projects, please reply to me or contact any of the current
PMC members to discuss further activities and plans.  
We encourage contributions to all of
these projects, but must address dormancy, as a few have not seen recent
activity.

We will revisit this in January, and
discuss at our Normal Thursday status meetings
