[wtp-dev] Retiring OC4J server adapter

We'd like to retire OC4J server adapter for Kepler. To mitigate impact on the few remaining OC4J users, we propose the following plan:

 

1. Strip out all version ranges from dependencies in OC4J plugin.

 

2. Take plugin binaries from a Kepler build that includes changes from step 1 and create a repository compatible with WTP server adapter discovery.

 

3. Publish this repo under WTP downloads.

 

4. Remove the OC4J plugin source from Git, remove from build, etc. Replace with reference to the server adapter discover URL created in step 3.
